APPROBATION AND TRANSLATION SERVICES

If you want to work as a doctor in Germany, you need a state licence, the so-called Approbation. ICF-Interkulturelles Centrum Freiburg supports you in applying for a license to practice medicine or a professional permit at the competent licensing authority in Germany.

OUR APPROBATION SERVICE INCLUDES:

• Assessment of the doctor's situation in a first conversation (in person or via Skype). Here the doctor's objectives are worked out, i.e. further training possibilities, special field and chances on the German health market. This is followed by an explanation of the procedure for obtaining a licence to practise medicine (chances, necessary documents, procedure for application, etc.), taking into account the differences in the individual federal states. This consultation is free of charge for participants of the Intercultural Centre Freiburg.
• Pre-check of your documents for the licence to practise medicine (medical degree, timetable, missing documents, CV etc.)
• Support during the entire approval process.
